i'm whipped. worked all day then went right to the gym... 30 minutes nice easy laps, 20 or 30 minutes hot tub (cuz it feels so nice), 25 minutes on the treadmill (slightly higher speed), 10 minutes on the sit down stepper (2 levels higher), and ten minutes on the bike. my legs are noodles, my arms jello and thank heaven i have school tomorrow so my muscles get a break. lol. 4 days in a row, at least an hour each time.. that's a pretty ballsy start if i do say so myself... i'm allowed to be tired. i love coming home smelling like chlorine, though. i love the smell of chlorine. it reminds me of pools, which i love. i could swim all day everyday. i think i'm half fish. don't tell my parents.
detox day 5 went well too...
had some tasty apple cinnamon tea, a single baby carrot (then i tossed the rest. they were kind of... mushy? blecch.), for lunch i had steamed veggies and tofu, which was served on a giant bed of tasty looking white rice, which i was strong enough to toss out (because only brown rice is part of detox) and now i'm making some dinner, which is a little late, but i'm hungry, so stuff it. i made a lovely cucumber salad, dressed with vinegar salt and pepper... i toss it and let it sit for a few minutes so the cucumbers get really vinegary-y... plus i have mushrooms cooking, to which i'll add green peppers, broccoli, tomato paste (plus salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder) and maybe a bit of tofu... it'll be like a veggie stew-y sort of thing...
i can't cook worth a crap, but i have to say, i'm getting better as time goes by...

How does your legs "being noodles" and your arms "jello" jibe with your attempt at detox?
I detox the old fashioned way: binge and purge.
You'll have to show us your lats and pecs and abs and gluts when you feel the time is right.
Stick with it. You sound like you're having a great time working out.
I'm just a humble vegetable farmer and I want to thank you personally for putting my two childen through college with your detox diet purchases.
Among other crops I grow: fava beans, azuki beans, elephant garlic, Prussian asparagus, pignut (love my pignuts), salad rape (it's not what it sounds like), fiddlehead, fat hen, and kuka. I'm absolutely cuckoo about my kuka.
The Missus and I are still young enough, and Lord knows I still love her so...well, we're thinking about having another child (or as I like to call them: another migrant worker). So, at this point we were just wondering if you had any plans in regards to changing your eating patterns. Between you and Autumn, who the heck needs Willie Nelson and Farm Aid?
I ran down my street today and my neighbors were yelling "Run Bitchet Run" like in forrest gump!
pretty soon you should be hosting dinner parties!
seriously, you're making me hungry!
btw, since when did this become "you worked out what?" (whatever! that's what you would say!)
autumn, what is with you and your "that's what you would say/do" today? you're out of your gourd. besides, the rule of YAw is you don't talk about YAW. That's also the first rule of YWOW, so shut it.
yea autumn QUIT giving away secrets. The inner circle is the inner circle. I want to be in YWOW!
