it's pine-delicious!

i have but one instruction for you...

if you live within 1000 miles of a whole foods grocery store, drop what you are doing and go there.

go to the product section and pick up some of the pre-sliced pineapple chunks.

they're expensive, i know... but worth it. heavenly, in fact. i'm pretty sure this pineapple comes from costa rica and not heaven, but i swear, it tastes as if angels picked it and set it delicately into your hands. it's especially good with nice weather to enjoy it... i'm just waiting to hear that they slaughter babies to make room for the pineapple plants, because fo rit to taste this good, there must be something horribly wrong... but really, before the slaughtering babies thing hits the news, do yourself a favor and get some. oh, and don;'t get suckered into buying the mixed fruit which includes the pineapple... the rest of the fruit is not nearly as tasty...

 

oh, and if you live somewhere warm (are you paying attention BRIDGET), you can cut the top off the pineapple and plant it in your yard, and the next year you'll grow your own pineapple. i've done it. it works.
