whooo, i feel good!

so day 2 of detoxing is done and i managed to stick it out yet again... this time i varied this up a bit, though i still kept entirely within the rules of le'detox. tons o baby carrots, 2 apples, a mango, some hummous (mmm chick peas) with veggies instead of bread (that'd be carrots, celery and green pepper, for those who care) and a salad with romaine, cucumbers and parsley, dressed with salt, pepper and vinegar...

and, to top it all off, dana and i went and joined the gym tonight... we'd gone to check it out a week or two ago and tonight we jumped right in... we were in the gym for an hour, though i guesstimate we did closer to 45 minutes of working out... i feel totally content with that. hell, i feel GOOD about that... over dinner afterwards we had a lengthy conversation about supporting one another and staying on track and taking things one day at a time... it's about all i can promise myself...

I am so proud of you. Weight Watchers was the way to go for me!!! Together we can lose EVERYTHING ;)
