For those that are into Native American beliefs regarding our animal guides, hawks that are not flying are messengers, indicators, that one is going to receive some news.

What *is* it? An eagle? Falcon? A really big bird that looks really cool but is unidentifiable to those of us who are not ornithologists? :)
it's a hawk... a red-tailed hawk according to the website i stole the picture from... oooooh ahhhhh
