one corner of my bedroom is flooded. again. This is the third flood I've had in less than 2 years. i'm over it. the carpet is soggy. again. i have to suck it dry. again. i want to start over. i want to not have neighbors above me or below me. next to me is fine. did i mention the "substantial damage" in the bedroom in the unit below mine, for which i'll be billed to fix? yeehaw. i'm over it over it over it over.

i have an idea - why don't you just build a square around your spot that always floods and we can just call it your jacuzzi.
