i'm unlucky because there is a leak in my heater / AC which is leaking into the condo below me... i am lucky because it's only 65 or so degrees and won't get up past 78 on a day when i have to keep my AC turned off...
i'm unlucky because a repair needs to be done and that costs money... i'm lucky that my dad is the handiest man on the planet and a) can fix it himself and b) has run off to home depot to get whatever supplies he needs, so by the end of the day we should be all set...
i'm unlucky because someone has to be in my house while it's a total disaster zone... but i'm lucky because it's my dad and he at least has a sense of humor about it...

i'm lucky too because you have an awesome dad! I am lucky also because I have an awesome Father-in-law! You would be super lucky if you married a guy and ended up with an awesome dad and an awesome FIL!!!
