ok, first of all... grey's anatomy... oh.MY.god. so good. i can't wait to see part 2.

i'm back to trying to eat well, which means tons of veggies and less crap. i mentioned that already, right? it's overdue for sure, but so it goes... started thursday and have been doing pretty well... i made fakeout spaghetti (spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce), a tasty cucumber and shredded carrot salad with sesame ginger dressing, some mushroom and celery stir-fry, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli cooked with tomato sauce for a stew-y type thing... so far it's going well... tonight dinner will be more carrot and cucumber salad and i'm not sure what else... maybe some soup? i don't have much else in the house at the moment...

on the grocery list:
whole wheat pasta
veggie dogs
ketchup & mustard
pickles
fat free cream cheese
flatout bread
more shredded carrots
another cucumber
romaine hearts
more frozen veggies because i'm all about convenience
veggie turkey

i'm useless when it comes to getting up early enough to make a lunch to bring to work, and the idea of remembering to make it th enight before is a joke, too... not sure how i'm going to tackle that particular issue... maybe if i buy myself the cutest of cute lunchboxes, i'll be more inclined to pack lunch...
